The Restart A Heart (RSAH) team from the University of Leeds will be delivering FREE basic life support lessons at Kirkgate Market.
Could you spare 8 minutes to save a life?
You will learn:
- How to recognise a cardiac arrest
- How to perform hands-only CPR and use an automatic external defibrillator (AED)
- Opportunity to practice on simulation mannequins
