//13 – 19 May | Mental Health Awareness Week

What are your plans for Mental Health Awareness Week? It’s running from 13-19 May this year, and the theme is Body Image – how we think and feel about our bodies.

Is your organisation running an event for people who use your services? Are you holding an awareness event for staff or volunteers?

Whatever you’re doing, whether you’re talking about body image or promoting wellbeing and good mental health for all, let us know so we can help spread the word!

You can tell us about your events via Twitter – see @MyForumCentral or via Email – hello@forumcentral.org.uk

Don’t forget that Leeds’ own mental health website MindWell has lots of information about mental health, including links to organisations and support in Leeds, free resources you can download and lots more. Follow @MindWellLeeds on Twitter to see what they’ll be up to that week.

The Mental Health Foundation has some free posters you can download for Mental Health Awareness Week and also an activity map you can add your event to or look up local events.

If you’re promoting your event on Twitter, the hashtags are:
