Two national opportunities have recently been launched, offering funding to partnerships consisting of Third Sector, NHS and Local Authority organisations:

The King’s Fund and National Lottery Fund Healthy Communities Together Programme– which will support up to six local areas for up to four years (up to £500K over four years per area), helping to develop more effective partnerships between voluntary and community sector organisations and the NHS and local authorities in their area.

The Health Foundation Common Ambition Programme which is inviting partnerships between the voluntary and community sector and the NHS to apply for funding of £300,000 to £500,000 for two to three years to make improvements to health care services which are driven by members of the public working collaboratively with health care professionals.
