If you are part of the Mindful Employer Leeds network, and have an hour to spare, you are invited to participate in the following evaluation research.
Research study title – A qualitative exploration of employer perspectives of Mindful Employer Leeds, part of a national initiative that aims to improve mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Who can take part? – Anyone who leads on the implementation of Mindful Employer in their organisation.
Who is undertaking the research study? – A Masters student currently studying Public Health – Health Promotion at Leeds Becket University on behalf of Public Health (LCC).
What am I required to do as a participant? If you are interested in taking part , contact the researcher via the email provided below to declare your interest. A participant information sheet and consent form will be emailed to you, which you will be required to read, complete and return via the same email.
You will be contacted by the researcher to confirm your participation and to arrange a suitable time to conduct a one-to-one interview. Due to the current circumstances , one-to-one interviews with participants will be undertaken via video (Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams).

It is more important than ever that employers feel supported to look out for the mental health of their staff. Mindful Employer in a national scheme, developed, led and supported by employers, which provides organisations with easier access to information and support for staff who experience stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health difficulties.
