West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership are hosting an online event to showcase and celebrate the Impact on health and wellbeing outcomes of the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise sector working in partnership with Health and Social Care.
The event will be delivered online via the HPoC website and submissions can be submitted in a variety of formats including: Video, Podcast, Poster, Infographics, Newsletters, Case studies and Posters.
Deadline for submissions is Noon on the 16th March 2022
