This bulletin is a system wide resource produced for community sector partners on a weekly basis and designed by our friends at Healthwatch. You can read the latest edition here.
This week, as the Government slightly relaxes ‘lockdown’ rules, the bulletin focuses on what that means for people, and what they can do to stay safe and healthy outdoors.
The mental wellbeing of our local residents continues to be a big concern, and therefore the bulletin contains some messages on handling anxiety and stress. It also provides the latest guidance around shielding and smoking, and focuses on two forthcoming campaigns – Infant Mental Health Awareness Week (June 7-12), and Carers Week (June 8-13).
