The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is looking to appoint two new lay council members.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health and care regulation, at a critical moment in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join the Council and influence how it will become a high performing regulator, delivering forward-looking regulation, underpinned by strong data, collaboration and compassion.

Council members receive an annual allowance of £12,000. The time commitment required for this role is approximately 30 days per year.

One of the two available roles must be appointed to a candidate who lives or works in Northern Ireland. We are also looking to appoint one of the two roles to a candidate with an accountancy qualification or strong financial experience.

More information can be found in the candidate pack Lay Council member recruitment | (hcpc-uk.org)

Applications will close at 9am on Monday 15 August 2022
