Leeds COMHAD (Co-occurring Mental Health and Alcohol or Drug Use) Strategy Group aims to improve quality of practice in working with service users with co-existing substance misuse and mental health problems (Dual Diagnosis).

Leeds Involving People want to hear from you about your experience during a time, past or present, that you felt you were in need of / or receiving treatment for addiction and mental health.

The results of this research will be shared with the city-wide COMHAD (Co-occurring Mental Health and Alcohol or Drug Use) Strategy Group to help inform planning.

These few questions are the early stages of local research, hopefully as many people can involved as possible in order to give the most accurate view as possible.

This is striving to empower service users and ex-service users to be actively involved in all aspects of achieving the Dual Diagnosis priorities for the city. The voice of lived experience is a powerful thing and can make real change to the delivery of services.
