Lucy Graham recently left her position as Operations Manager to take up an exciting new National role with Rape Crisis England and Wales. Lucy has made huge contributions to the team and we wish her the very best in her new venture.

The LOPF and Volition boards have reviewed the role and will be putting out an advert in the next two weeks, alongside a new role supporting representation/advocacy for our diverse members, so please keep an eye out and help us share these opportunities.

We’re delighted to confirm that following an external recruitment process, Daisy Morgan, currently Admin and Comms Worker, has been appointed into a new membership support role, building on learning and feedback from our members.

Ali Spaul and Rachel Stanton are providing support four days a week for the next three months to both the Communities of Interest and Harnessing Power of Communities workstreams whilst recruitment is taking place, and Soo Lincoln is providing temporary communications support to the team.

We are being asked to respond very quickly to requests for capacity and volunteers to support activity alongside our Communities of Interest work, for example use of space, staff capacity or volunteers to help support people book tests or circulate information. Please do let us know if you are happy to be contacted with requests as they come through, as we are really aware of the need to be reactive and show that we are responsive.
