Atrial Fibrillation survey – Closing date 31 May 2022

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is a heart condition that causes an irregular and often abnormally fast heart rate.

Over the coming year, as part of a national change, you may find that your routine atrial fibrillation (AF) healthcare appointments will be conducted by pharmacists or pharmacy technicians in your local doctor’s surgery. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are fully qualified to do this and will receive training to make sure they are meeting the needs of patients with atrial fibrillation.

Leeds NHS CCG want to hear your experiences of AF care to ensure that patients’ voice is part of the training they provide. This means they can improve the care you receive as well as use your experience to keep improving AF services in Leeds. They want to hear from anyone with experience of atrial fibrillation, whether that’s personally or as a carer for someone with the condition.

If you have AF, or are a carer, and live, work, or study in Leeds, complete the survey using this link
