The Keeping Well at Home Programme of resources and support from Active Leeds is continuing throughout lockdown
Active Leeds and Public Health created the Keeping Well at Home resources to support people that are shielding, clinically vulnerable or have mobility problems to keep moving during to the lockdown. These resources are to be extended from Monday 18th January 2021, to provide further support for people to stay mobile and active at home.
The new programme includes;
- Online Exercise Activities via Zoom
- Ipad Loan Scheme
- Personalised Support with a Health and Wellbeing Coach
- Digital activities on YouTube
- Activity DVDs
- Peer Support Groups
- Printed Resources such as the Keeping Well at Home Booklet
