Leeds City Council’s Leeds Directory supports home independence and includes checked and vetted local services and tradespeople, as well as local activities and support groups.

We also have a helpline 0113 378 4610, weekdays 9am to 5pm to help people find what they need or provide it to them.

New website

Our new website was launched this time last year and is now operating well – thank you to all of you for your listings and contributions. https://www.leedsdirectory.org/

Updating listings for COVID

We are aware many of the services we list will have moved on line or to telephone support during the COVID Crisis.

We will be directing people on our website to Forum Central’s central log of updates, but if we have any queries or need to check anything, we will contact you.

If you are not listed with us yet, do have a look https://www.leedsdirectory.org/ and get in touch on 0113 378 4610 or email [email protected] or use the website to request to add your listing.

Home emergencies

Home emergencies will still happen unfortunately during the lockdown period. We are here to help with our vetted and rated traders under our Green Tick scheme. We are keeping them fully informed regarding best practice and social distancing to minimise risk if urgent work needs to be completed in your client’s homes to keep them safe and well.

Please do get in touch with us if we can be of further support.
