A large number of our service users experience mental health crisis and we often hear about their experiences of trying to get help. At the same time the crisis services managers are desperate for feedback in order to improve. One thing everybody has in common is frustration.

Even though, as one would expect, this report is full of negative comments, there are also a lot of ideas and suggestions that could make a big difference to people in mental health crisis as well as the staff who support them.

Sean is the communications Officer at Leeds Older People’s Forum (LOPF) and also deals with admin and office management.
