Launched on Monday 2 November, Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service is a partnership between the NHS, GP practices and community organisations across the city and delivers mental health support and a range of psychological therapies.
The service website includes self-referral tools and the ability to book into daytime sessions run by NHS mental health experts. Although it is not a mental health crisis service, there is an option to access a range of free online self-help video courses so Leeds residents can receive a level of support day or night.
