Learning from Safeguarding Adults Reviews
These learning events are aimed at people who work directly with adults with care and support needs who
are, at risk of, or are experiencing abuse or neglect.
This workshop will cover
- Professional curiosity; looking at reflective approaches around the key principles; including seeking to know the person and their perspective (Ask yourself approach)
- Managing difficult conversations; including looking at practical solutions;
- Effective supervision; advice on how to use supervision to support the above
Additionally, input from the sessions will assist in the development of a tool to help in planning, managing and reflecting on conversations.
