The Mayor’s Safer Communities Fund is open for applications with £180,000 in grants available for voluntary, community groups, charities and partners to apply for.
The fund is looking to provide support to innovative projects which address at least one of the cross-cutting themes within the draft Police and Crime Plan 2021-24. Those themes are:
- Keeping women and girls safe.
- Diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Early intervention and prevention.
Applicants are advised to read the Pre-read of the Consultation on the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Plan 2021 – 2024 for more information on the themes outlined above.
