The Public Health team in Leeds has printed two booklets to help people to keep well and safe in their homes during the coronavirus pandemic. The booklets are free to order from the Public Health Resource Centre and can also be delivered free of charge.

The two booklets that are available are:

  • Keeping safe in your home during coronavirus (multi-generational). An A4 booklet detailing how to keep safe at home during coronavirus for multi-generational families living in the same home. Includes practical advice and useful Leeds organisations’ contact details.
  • Keeping well at home. A 24 page booklet highlighting tips for staying well at home for older adults including exercise and nutrition and includes useful local contact details.
