All of Leeds Mindfulness Co-op’s activities are now taking place online.

They are running two meditation and check-in sessions a week on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, for people who have completed a mindfulness course previously. Email [email protected] to find out more.

Along with Horton Community Farm, they are offering a free weekly course on Thursdays from 10.30-12.30 called the Mindfulness garden, based on the 5 ways to wellbeing, using mindfulness and nature connection. Email [email protected] if you would like to join.
