Following a review of our strategic priorities, capacity and the current potential opportunities offered by The Leeds Plan refresh, Harnessing the power of Communities Programme (HPoC) work and the merger of PSI-Volition and Tenfold, PSI-Volition/Tenfold Trustees have agreed to expand our management team and create a new post of Operations Manager

This post will focus on the Forum Central contract, overseeing the PSI-Volition/Tenfold staff team and developing our relationship with members following the merger of PSI-Volition and Tenfold, which we can confirm will formally happen on 4 February.

The Operations Manager will work more closely with members to make the most of the opportunities for growth presented by the strategic environment we are currently in, and we are pleased to let you know that Lucy Graham will be taking on this role on behalf of the organisation.

After conversations with Lucy, who has led the review, we agreed to interview internally in the first instance for a new Director, for which interviews took place this week. We’re pleased to announce that Pip Goff has accepted the role.

The Director role will be strategically focused, working to support the third sector to influence development of the Local Care Partnerships whilst also adding much needed capacity to the third sector through supporting the delivery of the Harnessing the Power of Communities Programme (HPoC) in Leeds.

Lucy and Pip say,

“We’re excited to have the opportunity to work together in this new way for PSI-Volition/Tenfold, making the most of our collective and individual skills, experience and passion with the aim of ensuring Leeds’ vibrant third sector is central to reshaping future health and care provision”

It is a really exciting time for PSI-Volition/Tenfold (we definitely need a new name – please do share any suggestions with us!), and the Forums Partnership with our colleagues Leeds Older People’s Forum, and we hope that members will welcome these positive changes.
