Following discussions at the LYPFT Equality and Inclusion Group, a request is being made to involve Black/BAME leaders from the Third Sector in recruitment to senior LYPFT posts at Band 8b and above.

Anticipated benefits, as well as positively influencing LYPFT recruitment processes, also include the mutual benefits resulting from the fostering of closer relationships between the sectors.
