Social Group for Disabled People who live in North West Leeds

D.R.E.A.M. aims to reduce social isolation and maintain the independence of disabled people aged 18-65 who are living in North West Leeds.

Meetings are held every Monday 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Activities include:

  • Meals and trips out
  • Arts and crafts
  • Chair based exercise
  • Boccia and Polybat
  • Social Afternoons
  • Accessible transport
  • Carers welcome
