The ‘How are you doing, Leeds?’ survey is being carried out by the Leeds Health & Care Partnership.

The “How are you doing, Leeds?” survey will give the partnership information for use in planning actions that help make Leeds a mentally health place to live.

This survey includes the questionnaire and a series of focus groups (being set up by Leeds Healthwatch), to provide information about the use, experiences and perception of health and care services in Leeds, including mental health services.

The questionnaire is targeted at everybody aged 16 and older and living in Leeds. Everybody who participates is asked to confirm they fit those criteria. If they do not, they are thanked for their interest, and it is explained that they will be unable to continue with the questionnaire.

The questionnaire is hosted on the Leeds Health & Care Partnership website. It can be accessed at www.tinyurl.com/howyoudoingleeds. Online and print copies are available in English, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi, Arabic and Polish. Copies in other languages will be provided on request.

People can reach the questionnaire via a QR code on banners, posters, and business sized cards in libraries and community and digital hubs, as well as on social media and in the media. The code will take them direct to the language their mobile phone is set to.

The questionnaire closes at midnight on Thursday 15 September 2022.
