The Leeds Care Record team would like to hear your views about the Leeds Care Record and how it can be improved to help health and care professionals provide better care for the residents of Leeds.
The Leeds Care Record is now six years old and there are around 7,000 health and care professionals across the city are using it every month. It is an integral part in providing more joined up and informed care to the citizens of Leeds.
There are clear benefits of the Leeds Care Record but the programme team is doing some work to update them and create new case studies looking at safer care, effective care and more timely care.
The Leeds Care Record team would greatly appreciate your input to help them to confirm existing benefits and identify any new benefits. They will be talking to as many users of the Leeds Care Record as possible and hope that you will be able to help them.
They have also developed a short survey https://www.leedscarerecord.org/your-feedback-matters/ – this is your opportunity to help influence and shape the 5 year vision for the Leeds Care Record.
