About the role

Salary:  £22,886 pro rata (based on 35 hrs FTE) £17,001 actual salary

Hours:  26 per week

Contract: Fixed term to  30th June 2022

Job description

We need to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated person to work within the Youth Work Team supporting young people aged 11-25 years old.

To work in the Drop-In, one to one My Plan service and deliver group work sessions.

We are looking for someone who is available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (including evenings) and Saturday.

Essential requirement: At least two years Youth Work experience and a recognised Youth Work Qualification or similar

He enjoys the wide variety of his role which covers things like designing reports and documents, organising meetings, putting together ebulletins, writing blogs, updating the LOPF website and social media and making sure that the office never runs out of milk. He has worked in the third sector since 2001 first with Volition and then LOPF and is the longest serving member of the Forum Central team.
