Forum Central is working in partnership with our members to build a better informed picture of staffing in Leeds organisations. To help us understand any common HR issues and consider how we might address them, we are asking our Third Sector colleagues to take 5 minutes to complete this survey. The deadline to complete the survey has been extended until Friday 21 January 2022.

The survey was developed in collaboration by Forum Central, People Matters and Aspire Community Benefit Society following discussions at Forum Central network meetings which highlighted developing themes with HR related issues faced by our sector.

The results from this survey will feed into a newly created Third Sector Risk Register coordinated by Third Sector Leeds and be analysed and used as evidence for HR related purposes to discuss with key decision makers. All results will shared anonymously.

The data and evidence from the survey will also underpin key messages when representing the sector with other partners and local commissioners.
