As part of the One Leeds Workforce, a new project is being set up that focuses on Third Sector organisations. The project aims to design and develop a suite of consistent, relevant and high-quality training – enabling greater transferability of skills, experience and training between organisations and sectors.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in partnership with the Leeds Health and Care Academy to develop this project and the offer for the city of Leeds. The first phase will be understanding and scoping the current training offer across the organisational boundaries and identifying any gaps.
The Leeds Health and Care Academy will be facilitating virtual working groups where members will be given the opportunity to hear the outcomes of the work so far and be involved in developing and driving this valuable project forward. More detail about this work and the proposed phases, is available here.
The next working group will be Wednesday 08 September, 10am to 11am. There is an open invitation to our members to attend this working group. If you would like to attend, please contact Helen Thurston on [email protected].
