People Matters are running 2 weekly wellbeing groups that will focus on participants health and wellbeing through a fun, active and creative programme chosen by group members.

Join on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10.30am – 12.30pm and get involved in different activities such as arts, mindfulness, sports, walking and games.
