Mentally Healthy Leeds is working with Human Beings to deliver a fantastic course for women in Leeds called Women Supporting Women.
The course is for six weeks and will be held over zoom and sessions are free! Support can be provided with getting women set up and comfortable with using Zoom.
The course is about Women Supporting Women to improved their wellbeing and confidence by looking at these main areas:
- Self care
- Focusing on the positives in our lives
- Assertiveness and setting boundaries
- Being your kind of woman
- Stress and relaxation techniques
There is not a fixed date and time for these sessions, this will be allocated based on interest. Booking are being excepted for individuals and there is also the potential to run this for pre existing women’s groups.
There is no restriction on areas/postcode participants only need to be based in Leeds.
