This session is designed to help employers and managers support their employees and colleagues through major life challenges – such as infertility, baby loss, and menopause – fostering a more understanding and inclusive workplace.
Delivered by Sarah Banks, a qualified personal development coach, and author of the bestselling IVF Positivity Planner, and the Menopause Positivity Planner. She has been working in the field of fertility for 8 years, raising the awareness of infertility and the need for support, and she is the co-author of the EFS Fertility Patients Care Guidance.
Sarah provides training to fertility professionals across the world, helping them create a strong emotional support service and she runs numerous online and face to face support groups, providing much needed peer understanding and support. She also partners with organisations to provide support for management and employees navigating fertility treatment and menopause, offering training sessions, workshops, and strategy sessions to promote employee well-being and productivity in the workplace.
