CEV | Clinically Extremely Vulnerable | A cohort of people who are at high risk of severe illness from coronavirus and have been advised to shield at certain points of the pandemic to reduce their risk of catching the virus |
CIC | Community Interest Company | A Third Sector organisation which is a social enterprise that uses profits and assets for the public good. CICs are intended to be easy to set up, with all the flexibility and certainty of the company form, but with some special features to ensure they are working for the benefit of the community. |

ICB | Integrated Care Board | The statutory organisation responsible for leading NHS integration at West Yorkshire level.Develops a plan to meet the health needs of the population and secures the provision of health services. Directly accountable for NHS spend and performance within the system. |
ICP | Integrated Care Pathways | Multidisciplinary outlines of anticipated care, placed in an appropriate timeframe, to help patients with a specific condition |
ICP | Integrated Care Partnership | An alliance of NHS, local authority and Third Sector providers that work together to deliver care collaboratively. Now known as a Place Based Partnership. |
ICS | Integrated Care System | Partnership that brings together providers and commissioners of NHS services across a geographical area with local authorities and other local partners, to collectively plan and integrate care to meet the needs of their population.
