About Thrive at Work in Leeds
The Thrive at Work in Leeds programme kicked off in April 2025. This is a government funded initiative running until March 2026.
The programme aims to, help employees stay in work, get back to work faster after an illness, or even find new roles if needed.
What kind of support can you expect?
- Integrated Coaching – Combining work coaching, health coaching, and social
prescribing to empower employees. - Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service – Supporting reasonable adjustments and
workplace adaptations. - Mental Health Fast Track Service – Rapid access to early-stage therapies.
Referrals can be made from employees and Managers/Health professionals and the referral forms are on the Thrive @ work in Leeds webpage.
Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service Info Sessions – Practical Help for Managers and Staff
The Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service is designed to help managers and staff work together to create flexible, sustainable solutions for employees with a health condition or
disability. This includes:
- Coaching for staff and managers
- Advice on adjustments and phased returns
- Signposting to existing policies and specialist services
