Community Champions Coordinator
Maeve had a long career in the travel industry before the Covid-19 pandemic stopped it in its tracks. She started to volunteer on community projects, including on the Covid-19 vaccine programme, eventually training as a lay vaccinator, as well as delivering Covid testing kits for Royal Mail.
Maeve’s voluntary work with Community Champions led to her taking on the role of Community Champions Coordinator, recruiting and deploying volunteers to spread positive health messages within the diverse communities of Leeds.
