Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Lisa joined Leeds Older People’s Forum in 2015 as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Time to Shine. This large-scale programme was heavily focused on research and on applying a ‘test and learn’ approach. Learning from Time to Shine has influenced the way in which Enhance is evaluated and Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the programme. Lisa enjoys working closely with delivery partners to understand the impact of Enhance services and often sheds a little tear when reading case studies and quotes from the people involved.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys gardening, eating and campervanning.
