Organisations across the Third Sector are invited to showcase the difference they make as entries open for the Social Value Awards 2026.

Organised by Social Value Portal, the awards celebrate organisations, partnerships and individuals who are creating measurable social value through their work. Entry is free, with submissions open until 22 August 2026.

This year’s awards include 13 categories, recognising achievements across the public, private and Third Sector. Categories cover areas including leadership, collaboration, SMEs, VCFSE organisations, enabling technology and innovation.

New AI award for 2026

A new category has been introduced this year recognising the Use of AI in Delivering Better Social Value Outcomes.

The award will celebrate organisations using artificial intelligence to improve outcomes for communities. Entries will be assessed on:

  • Meaningful and measurable community impact
  • Innovative use of AI to deliver social value
  • Scalability and potential for wider adoption
  • Evidence of outcomes and knowledge sharing
  • Integration with wider social value activity

Awards ceremony and conference

The winners will be announced during the Social Value Conference 2026, taking place on 2–3 December 2026 in Liverpool.

The conference brings together colleagues from the public, private and Third Sector to share learning, explore new ideas and discuss how organisations can maximise their social value.
