People working and volunteering across the voluntary and community sector are being invited to apply for the West Yorkshire Community Leaders Programme, a fully funded leadership development opportunity designed to support the next generation of community leaders.
The programme is aimed at people who are already making a difference in their communities through voluntary, community, charity or grassroots work and want to develop their leadership skills further.
Delivered by the West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP), the programme will support 20 participants from across West Yorkshire to develop their leadership skills, strengthen their impact and build connections with other leaders working within their communities.
The programme is open to people aged 18 and over and is particularly relevant to those working with children and young people, tackling serious violence, supporting violence against women and girls, or leading grassroots community organisations and CICs.
