A programme of free online learning events will take place as part of West Yorkshire Safeguarding Week 2026, running from 22 to 26 June.
The week is a collaborative programme delivered by safeguarding boards and partnerships across West Yorkshire and is aimed at people working with adults, children and families.
The programme offers opportunities to:
- learn about safeguarding practice
- share good practice across organisations
- access free online training and development sessions
- raise awareness of abuse and how to access support
Alongside the events programme, organisations are also encouraged to share safeguarding information and resources with the people and communities they support.
