Good Practice Mentor
Jessica joined the Time to Shine team at LOPF in 2018, initially doing data entry and admin but soon became Learning Facilitator, giving her the opportunity to do what she does best – getting people to share skills and knowledge.
As Good Practice Mentor she shares learning from Time to Shine and from the Enhance and Travel Connections programmes.
Before working for LOPF Jessica had 25 years experience in an environmental organisation, giving people skills and competences they didn’t know they could learn: planting a tree, building a drystone wall, managing a volunteer team or writing a grant application.
