This year’s International Men’s Day theme is “Building stronger communities together.” The Kirkgate Market event will bring local groups, charities and services under one roof to explore men’s mental and physical wellbeing through conversation, creativity and connection.
Organisations are invited to bring a stall, deliver an activity or simply come along to meet others working to improve men’s health in Leeds. Previous years have seen barber-based wellbeing chats, walking groups, yoga tasters, and information stands from grassroots and citywide services alike.
The event is a chance to:

Share local support and services available for men of all ages.

Meet others tackling loneliness, physical inactivity and mental health stigma.

Celebrate the positive contributions men and boys make to their families, workplaces and communities.
All VCSE and statutory partners are welcome. Refreshments will be available, and Kirkgate Market provides full accessibility.
