Solace – supporting survivors of persecution and exile across Yorkshire and the Humber – has launched a new way for refugees and asylum seekers to access their video resources on wellbeing and mental health.

The videos cover topics such as coping with stress and tension, preparing to go to sleep, relaxation exercises, improving confidence, and more. They are designed to help people who have experienced trauma to manage day-to-day challenges and improve their wellbeing.

To make these resources even easier to use, Solace has introduced a new personalised self-help form.

By completing the short form, people can highlight which issues they struggle with most and will receive a tailored response linking them to the most relevant videos for their needs.
