What to expect

Highlights include:

Mini sessions from some of the College’s most popular courses, including Wellness Recovery Action Planning® (WRAP), Self-compassion and Wellbeing, and Healthy Boundaries.
-
Creative activities led by partners from the Arts & Minds Network.
-
Information stalls where you can speak to members of the facilitation team.
-
The chance to register for upcoming courses and workshops.
Whether you are new to the Recovery College or already part of the community, you will be welcomed and supported throughout the afternoon.
