The National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) is recruiting paid community researchers in Leeds to support a national research project focused on improving living standards.
This opportunity is aimed at people who:

live in Leeds, and
-
receive benefits or Universal Credit, and/or
-
earn less than £13 per hour.
What the role involves
Community researchers will play a key role in shaping the research by sharing insights from their own lives and communities. The aim is to ensure that people’s real experiences are reflected in national policy discussions about living standards.
If selected, you will:

provide insights about your community and local area
-
attend an all-expenses-paid training day in London
-
show NIESR researchers around your local area
-
interview friends and family about their experiences
No previous research experience is needed. Training and support will be provided.
