Healthwatch Leeds is inviting organisations, partners and communities across the city to help shape its priorities for the coming year.

The organisation’s work is driven by the voices and experiences of people in Leeds. Recent focus areas have included digital access to services, waiting times, the NHS 111 mental health crisis line, community healthcare, young people’s mental health, and support for people with learning disabilities.

Share your perspective (VCSE organisations)

Healthwatch Leeds is asking third sector organisations and professionals to share their views on:

• how Healthwatch can work more closely with the VCSE sector
• how it can support organisations in their work with communities
• where it can add value across the Leeds health and care system

Share your perspective with your organisation.

Share with your communities

Organisations are also encouraged to share a short survey with the people they support. This gives communities and service users the chance to say what matters most to them and what Healthwatch Leeds should focus on next.

Share this survey with your communities.

Participants will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £25 voucher.

Insights gathered through both surveys will directly influence Healthwatch Leeds’ priorities and the issues it investigates over the next year.

This is a key opportunity for the VCSE sector and communities to shape how local health and care services are understood, reviewed and improved.
