Date: 26 June 2025
Time: 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm
Location: Online
This session brings together practitioners from across health, education, social care, and the third sector in Leeds who work with children, young people and families. Together, we’ll explore how we proactively support staff wellbeing — not just through policy, but through the small, everyday actions that build a culture of care.
This is not about waiting for crisis or challenges — it’s about (but not limited to!):
- Checking in during team meetings
- Prioritising wellbeing in inductions or supervision
- Using tools like Wellness Action Plans
- Taking small, intentional steps to support colleagues
Campfire Stories
Hear from a range of voices across the sector, sharing real-life, tangible examples of what it looks like to put care into action. Speakers to be confirmed.

the Compassionate Leeds programme.
