The Advonet Group’s Health Complains Advocacy Service can help anyone over the age of 11 who feels they have not had the service that they expected from the NHS and want to complain, using the NHS complaints process.

This leaflet provides an overview of how young people to contact the service if they would like support to make a health complaint. The Health Complaints service has always been commissioned to help young people to complain about NHS services and all its advocates are trained to provide advocacy to young people. This short, two-minute video may also be of some use to your organisation when signposting young people to the service: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xSqPCLn_VY.

This leaflet invites a young person who has studied graphic design to show the service their work and be considered for an opportunity to co-produce its service materials, starting with a leaflet, so that they appeal to other young people.
