Leeds Older People’s Forum is looking for potential trustees or advisors to the Board.

We want to diversify our Board membership and are looking for people who:

  • represent the views of culturally diverse communities
  • have lived experience of disabilities or life-limiting conditions
  • identify as an older person, or work for an organisation that works with older people
  • align with our vision and values

Being a trustee or advisor for our charity is an opportunity to take on a leadership role for the benefit of older people in Leeds.  As a trustee, you would be legally responsible for LOPF’s well-being and activities and an essential decision-maker, ensuring we are well-run and meeting all our charitable objectives.

We are particularly interested in people with a diverse set of skills and experience in:

  • Charity finance
  • Organisational development, including finance, IT, communications and GDPR
  • HR and an understanding of protected characteristics

If you are interested, please contact our CEO, Jo Volpe at [email protected]
