A practical workshop for charity staff and volunteers
Working in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector is deeply rewarding — but it can also be emotionally demanding. Charity staff and volunteers often face high workloads, limited resources, emotional strain, and exposure to secondary trauma.
Strengthening Resilience: Thriving in the VCSE Workplace is a focused, practical training workshop designed to support people working in charities and community organisations to build resilience, protect their wellbeing, and sustain their impact.
“Working in the charity sector is deeply rewarding — but it can also be emotionally demanding. This workshop is designed to help you thrive, not just survive.”
