The Leeds Teaching Hospital is working alongside the Leeds Health and Care Academy to pilot a one day face to face session to introduce coaching skills to non front line staff that can help to build better relationships, reduce conflict, build resilience, equip people to deal with difficult conversations and to help build trust and rapport.
