Thrive at Work in Leeds offers free support to help staff stay in work, return after illness, or explore alternative roles when needed. The programme includes a variety of support including Counselling/Specialist Therapies, Coaching (Health and Work Coaches), Workplace Adjustments and MSK support.
Who Can Access Support
- Any Employees working in a health and care organisation in Leeds.
- Those who are currently in work but would benefit from wellbeing support to remain well in work; those currently absent from work or for anyone returning after a period of absence.
- Individuals & Managers who would benefit from support with workplace adjustments and/or coaching.
Referrals can be made from employees and Managers/Health professionals and the referral forms are on the Thrive webpage.
