Voluntary Action Leeds are in the process of developing induction training and would like to include some case studies and quotes from volunteers in Leeds.
VAL ae working with the University of Leeds to develop an exciting new training programme that can used by charities when bringing new volunteers on board. They are collecting the views of volunteers to use as anonymised stories to enhance people’s learning in the future.
