Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice in Headingley is inviting people from across Leeds to find out more about volunteering and the difference it can make to patients and their families.

Volunteers are a vital part of the hospice. They support day-to-day activity, bring warmth and kindness to the environment, and help the team provide care and support to people at the most important times in their lives.

To help more people explore these opportunities, the hospice is running a series of informal drop-in sessions. These are open to anyone interested in volunteering, regardless of background or experience. You can come along, ask questions, and learn more about the different roles available.

All sessions take place at Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice, Headingley, LS6 2AE:

  • Tuesday 23 June, 10.30am to 11.30am

About the Roles
